    • Orders typically ship out in 1-2 business days, and can be added to whatever shipping option you choose at checkout. 
  • What should I do if I never received my order?
    • Contact us asap to fix this! Please email info@shoptribabe.com or returns@shoptribabe.com and we will happily sort this issue out for you. 
  • What should I do if I received a defective order?
    • Tribabe orders should never be defective, we hold ourselves very accountable when shipping! If your product is not up to standards please reach out immediately to info@shoptribabe.com or returns@shoptribabe.com!
  • Where are you located?
    • Due to the global pandemic, Tribabe is currently shipping all orders from Wisconsin, but hopes to be shipping from Tribeca, New York as soon as possible.
